Check-in 15:00 - 19:00 hours (If you expect to arrive earlier/later please check with the B&B prior to arrival)
Check-out 08:00 - 12:00 hours (If you require an earlier or later check-out please check with the B&B prior to arrival)
Cancellation
FREE CANCELLATION if cancelled 48 hours in advance of booking. If cancelled later of in case of no show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
Children and extra beds
Free! All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing beds
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 15 per night per person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the B&B. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the B&B.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Alverna House operates a non-smoking policy throughout the property but provides Designated Smoking Areas outside.
